Our Process

Step 1:

Development and definition of target audiences and personas

In this phase, we will discover your current audience as well as any target audiences that you are seeking to grow or develop.

At the conclusion of this phase, you will have at least three defined target audiences to go along with the type of content and information that they are interested in and motivated by.

Step 2

Development and definition of goals and measurables

What are your goals and how will you know that you have been successful with the content you produce?

At the conclusion of this phase, we will have a strong understanding of what you want to accomplish when it comes to your digital communications efforts.

Step 3

Development and definition of content themes and focuses

We define the focus and theme of your content. We determine the message you want to convey to your current donor/customer base. Most times, we want to communicate multiple messages and themes. During this time we will define a strategy and determine a schedule for promoting your key content over time.

At the end of this phase, we will put together a solid plan for how often to promote your content based on your primary theme and focus.

Step 4

Discovery and definition of channels

We determine how to utilize the various channels available (website, SEO, email marketing, Facebook, Instagram, etc). How we determine the channels we utilize depends on your culture, your donor base/user base, demographics, and the goals we are seeking to accomplish.

At the end of this phase, we will have a solid plan related to the platforms we will utilize and how often we plan on utilizing them.

Step 5

Discovery and definition of assets

What assets do we have available and what assets do we have to create? This includes graphics, copy, email database, donor list, etc)

At the end of this phase, we will have a clear understanding of the assets that are available and the assets that need to be created (including a plan for creating them).

Step 6

Define management and processes

We will answer questions such as: How will the strategy we create be managed? Who will be responsible for each specific part of the plan? We will also define the frequency of your posts and updates based on your goals.

At the end of this phase, we will provide a detailed plan for how to execute the strategy we have created. This may include a year-long schedule and clear definitions of responsibilities for team members who will be involved, which may include helping to recruit the team itself.

Step 7

Define and develop measurement of success

We will determine how to measure the success of the plan by creating regularly delivered reports and analytics.

At the conclusion of this phase, we will provide a plan for how to measure success so that we are aware of our successes and areas where we can grow.
